Ethics-Yamas and Niyamas
How to teach yoga to special needs groups
The Business of Yoga-How to market your business
Anatomy and physiology
Stress reduction/deep relaxation
Proper sequencing and how to develop successful classes 
Meditation-The Inner Harmony Approach

Each student will receive assignments and be required to submit: a written exam based on our manual, a book review of recommended reading list, a video of them selves teaching yoga, and a written daily practice journal.

The Inner Harmony Yoga Teacher Training Home Study Program exceeds the Yoga Alliance requirements for non-contact hours in the 200 hr certification program.
