Gentle Yoga

The Inner Harmony Approach to Gentle Yoga places emphasis on one’s individual needs and capacity.  Using breath with synchronized movement, the student will experience timeless techniques to overcome stress and find Inner Harmony.

 

Flow Yoga

The Inner Harmony Approach to Flow Yoga is an experience of linking breath, consciousness and movement.  These combined dynamics radically transform your practice, generate mental focus and Inner Harmony.

 

Core Yoga

The Inner Harmony Approach to Core Yoga is a revitalizing practice with all the stress reducing benefits of yoga.  It is designed for all levels.  As strength and power build, this transformative practice integrates body, mind, heart and spirit revealing yoga’s true nature of Inner Harmony.
