Your host, Peter Amato can be “a thread woven throughout your retreat” that offers new ways of learning to your participants at specific times of the day. Whether it is at the end or the beginning of a session, bringing people back to their own internal awareness, asking them to focus on their breath, their hearts and their well being can not only help to raise the consciousness of the group, but it can help to focus and center people’s attention on the task at hand. This can clear heads, open minds and bring a profound presence into the meeting rooms. From there, Peter can discuss new ways of being, thinking and acting to your group – opening doors to new insights and offering up a road less traveled, but well worth the effort – conscious business engagement.
A Typical Conscious Business Path Day

7:00 AM: Optional: rise, gentle yoga with Peter
7:30: Optional: short walk in nature with Peter followed by shower or swim
8:30: Healthy organic breakfast prepared by a chef on site
10:00: Peter opens the morning session with a short meditation
10:30 Morning business agenda
12:30 PM: Organic vegetarian lunch
2:00: Peter opens the afternoon session with a short talk on conscious business
2:30 Your afternoon business program.
5:00: Personal time
6:30 Organic vegetarian dinner prepared by a chef in a dining room
8:00: Optional: movie indoors or outdoor fireside chat led by Peter
10:00: Restorative sleep
