Our Mind-Body Skills Program offers people living with illness and stress an opportunity to transform the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of their lives.  Regardless of the adversity that may be experienced, it is possible to take positive steps toward improving every aspect of daily life.

 

This program will empower the participant to draw from their body's natural ability to heal itself.  You will learn and practice mind-body techniques proven effective in prevention of illness, which will enhance self-awareness, health, and well-being.
